Etienne qualified from the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 1989. He has focused on conscious sedation since 2001 in numerous clinics in South Africa. He moved to the UK in 2001 and has been providing conscious sedation ever since in private practices. In 2003, he attained his PDD.SED (postgraduate qualification in conscious sedation and pain control) from University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Etienne controls the conscious intravenous (IV) sedation while our dentist can focus on completing the dental treatments. His experience with sedation means our patients are relaxed and cooperative.

He undertakes further training including Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Paediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Immediate Life Support and Advanced Life Support.

Etienne also holds registration and affiliations with General Medical Council UK, South African Health Professions Council, Member of the Society for the Advancement of Analgesia in Dentistry and Member of the Association of Dental Anaesthetists.
